Community Health is offering a series of free prenatal classes from May 13 to June 5, 2025, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Location: Great Hall and Fire Hall

Classes include:

• Introduction to Prenatal Harm Reduction

• Breastfeeding

• Traditional Parenting

• Nutrition

• Birth Helpers

• Elder & Craft

• Midwife Labor & Delivery

• Rest & Relaxation / Postnatal Care

Lunch is provided.
Support person welcome to attend.
