The Kainai Diabetes Program invites you to our annual hike.

This year’s hike will take us to lower Bertha Falls (2 hour roundtrip)

and upper Bertha Lake (5 Hours roundtrip).

The hike will start at 10AM at the Bertha Trailhead in Waterton Townsite.

Join us on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 10AM.

The first 30 attendees will be provided a subway gift card, open to all ages

(minors need parent/guardian consent and be accompanied by them).
