SUMMARY OF WORK:  

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Recovery Community. This role focuses on organization, communication, and basic administrative and clerical support.

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALITIES 

  • Educational Background:
  • Experience Background:
    • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (or relevant)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Excellent phone manners and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients, employees, and community members.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Willingness to assist in various tasks and areas around the Recovery Community.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

SALARY RANGE: 

  • Salary Grid as established by BTDH.
