SUMMARY OF WORK:
The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Recovery Community. This role focuses on organization, communication, and basic administrative and clerical support.
PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Educational Background:
- Experience Background:
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (or relevant)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Excellent phone manners and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, employees, and community members.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Willingness to assist in various tasks and areas around the Recovery Community.
- Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
SALARY RANGE:
- Salary Grid as established by BTDH.
