Come explore our connection to the land and how it can impact our mental, spiritual, physical and emotional health. This session is held outside, mixing hands-on activities, teachings and stories—exploring the community garden. Understand the importance of caring for our soil, and how it affects everything: from the land we live on to the health of our minds and bodies.

Light snacks and supplies will be provided.

Bring your own lawn chairs.
