We want YOU if you: \nAre a registered member of Kainai Nation (Blood Band 148) Self-identify as one of the following: Elder\, Women\, Men\, Youth (16-25 years of age)\, or an Individual living with a chronic condition or/and their caregiver. It is hoped that the data collected will inform the development of the Kainai Health Services Plan that promotes Kainai health equity and will provide an opportunity for the voices of the nation to be heard during this process. Participation is voluntary and confidential. \n  \n\nDate: January 6\, 2025 \nTime: 1.5 to 2 hours (Exact time provided upon registration) \nLocation: Moses Lake \nDetails: Share your experiences and insights to help shape the future of Kainai health services. Details below: \nDates: \nNovember 8th\nNovember 15th\nNovember 22nd\nNovember 29th\nTime: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM\nLocation: Community Health \nVaccines Available: \nInfluenza: Protects against 4 flu strains. All individuals over 6 months are eligible\, with a focus on seniors\, infants\, children\, and pregnant individuals who are at higher risk.\nCOVID-19: Two mRNA vaccines are offered this year – Moderna Spikevax KP2 and Pfizer BioNTech. Vaccine choice depends on age (refer to IPSM for details).\nRSV: Available for residents of continuing care and supportive living over 60 years old and community-dwelling seniors over 75 years old (RSV abrysvo vaccine).\nPrevnar 20: Indigenous populations are at increased risk for Invasive Pneumococcal Disease (IPD).
