All individuals over 6 months are eligible\, with a focus on seniors\, infants\, children\, and pregnant individuals who are at higher risk.\nCOVID-19: Two mRNA vaccines are offered this year – Moderna Spikevax KP2 and Pfizer BioNTech. Vaccine choice depends on age (refer to IPSM for details).\nRSV: Available for residents of continuing care and supportive living over 60 years old and community-dwelling seniors over 75 years old (RSV abrysvo vaccine).\nPrevnar 20: Indigenous populations are at increased risk for Invasive Pneumococcal Disease (IPD). Open to ages 12+ and free to attend! \nIn this one-hour session you will learn a simple 12–18-minute practice to help you to become meditative effortlessly.
