SUMMARY:Federal Indian Hospitals Settlement Claims Support
DESCRIPTION:The Federal Indian Hospitals Settlement is hosting free Claimant Support Sessions in Kainai Nation at the Wellness Centre & Multi-Purpose Building in Standoff\, Alberta. \n\nClaims Helpers\, who are trained in trauma-informed and culturally grounded practices\, will be available to explain eligibility\, answer questions about the Claims Process\, and assist with completing Claims. There will be one-on-one Claims Helper support offered in English. \n\n\nNovember 16 (Wellness Centre): One-on-one sessions with Claims Helpers\, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.\n\nNovember 17 (Wellness Centre): One-on-one sessions with Claims Helpers\, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.\nNovember 18 (Multi-Purpose Building): One-on-one sessions with Claims Helpers\, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.\nNovember 19 (Multi-Purpose Building): One-on-one sessions with Claims Helpers\, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.\n\nAttendees can ask questions\, learn about available resources\, and receive help with their Claims at their own pace.
